MTN giving out free calls to celebrate Nigeria's 59th independence day anniversary

It's another October 1st, which means it's another independence day celebration for all Nigerians all around the world, both in the country and in diaspora.

Nigeria is currently celebrating 59 years of independence and while all citizens are currently celebrating this, MTN is joining in the celebration by offering all its customers 60 seconds (1 minute) free call for the day.

While this might not seem like much, it is at least a good thing that one of the four major telecommunication operators in the country is giving back to its customers. The free talk time does not need any activation before you can use it.

All you need to do is to pick up your phone and call your loved ones on your MTN like for free (for 1 minute). You can also use the airtime to call other networks.

Note that the free airtime is only valid until 11:59am on October 1st 2019. Once again, Happy independence to all Nigerians and enjoy your holiday.
