Nokia X6 Officially Launched with Notch Display and Glass Back - Full Specifications and Price

Display notch seems to be one of the latest trend in the smartphone world and Nokia has decided to join the league with its latest device which is the Nokia X6. This is the first Nokia smartphone to feature a Notch as well as the first to come with a 19:9 screen ratio.

The Nokia X6 sports a 5.8-inch FHD+ LCD display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and 19:9 aspect ratio. Most part of the new Nokia 6 is covered in glass except for the side which is made of Aluminium. The device runs on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo OS out of the box.

This new Nokia X6 is a midrange smartphone and it's powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 636 chipset with an Octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz. The Nokia 6 is available in 3 different variants, you can either get the phone with a 4GB RAM and a 32GB internal storage, or with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage or the highest version which comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. All the three versions supports expandable storage via the SD card slot.

For the camera, the Nokia 6 features a dual-rear camera setup with 16MP+5MP, while in the front there's a secondary 16-megapixel camera. Below the dual camera is the rear mounted fingerprint reader. Under the hood, the phone also comes with a 3060mAh battery with USB type - C connectivity, headphone jack as well as support for VOLTE..

Just like most other HMD's Nokia smartphones, the Nokia X6 is currently a Chinese exclusive smartphone but it's expected to be made available in other markets soon. Starting from May 21st, the Nokia X6 will be sold by 2 Chinese retailers which are, JD and Suning, but pre-orders are already live. The available colour options will be black, dark blue, and silver.
