Honor 7x Starts Receiving Android 8.0 Oreo Update in the United States

When the Honor 7x was launched, the chinese company promised that the device will receive android 8.0 Oreo update. Now Honor has finally kept to its promise as the midrange smartphone has started receiving the Android 8.0 Oreo update.

The new update which is based on Honor's latest EMUI 8.0 has started rolling out to Honour 7x units in the USA and other parts of the world. Remember that the update is being rolled out in batches so it might take a couple of days before it's available for everyone.

>> Link up two Bluetooth device: Smartphones are now able to connect to two Bluetooth devices at the same me, boosting mobile experience and fun.

>> Face unlock: Scans a recognized user’s face to unlock instantly. It also prevents unlocking with closed eyes, and allows only device owners to see lock screen notification details, ensuring maximum security.
