OnePlus 5t to Receive it's First Android Oreo open beta update soon

The OnePlus 5 which was released earlier this year as well as the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3t are all running the latest android Oreo OS while the OnePlus 5t which is the latest smartphone from OnePlus is still stuck on android 7.1 Nougat, not even a beta Oreo yet.

The OnePlus 5t was launched about a month ago and it was shipped with android Nougat out of the box even though a lot of people expected the latest android 8 Oreo OS. Oneplus already said that its working on a closed and open beta program for the OnePlus 5t and the latest report from OnePlus suggests that the Oreo beta program for the 5t will be available soon.

According to a recent tweet by OnePlus Germany, it states;

"Christmas is over, but we still have a gift for you! ;) How about's with the open beta for Android Oreo on the #OnePlus5T!"

Although an Android Oreo open beta for the OnePlus 5T is not yet available for download and the company's official forum doesn't mention it at all for the moment, going by that tweet, we expect it to be available probably  before the end of the year.
