Xiaomi to officially Launch the Redmi 6, Redmi 6A and Redmi 6 Pro in India on September 5

Just few weeks after Xiaomi launched the Mi A2 and it's sub brand's Poco F1 in India, latest report has it that the company is planning on launching the Redmi 6 series this week.

Xiaomi has already started sending out invites which suggests that the official launch of the Redmi 6, Redmi 6A and Redmi 6 Pro might take place in India on September 5.

The Redmi 6 is powered by Mediatek's Helio P22 while the Redmi 6A is powered by Mediatek's Helio A22. The Redmi 6 Pro which is the most expensive version of all three Redmi 6 series smartphones will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 625 chipset.

At the moment, the pricing of the three Redmi 6 smartphones have not yet been announced but we expect that to be revealed at the official launch event in India.
