Apple iPhone XS announced with 5.8-inch Oled display - Full Specifications, release date and price

Apple this week unveiled its three new iPhones for the year 2018, one of which is the iPhone Xs. The new iPhone Xs features similar design as last year's iPhone X except for a few internal hardware upgrades. The new iPhone Xs features the same 5.8-inch Oled display as on last year's iPhone X, with a resolution of 1,125 x 2,436pixels and a pixel density of 485ppi.
The device is powered by Apple's latest A12 bionic chipset. This is the first 7nm chipset to hit the market and it's currently the most powerful chipset on any smartphone at the moment.  

The A12 chipset consist of 2 high-performance cores that are up to 15% faster than before, and 4 power-efficient cores that are up to 50% less power-hungry than those in the A11.


In terms of camera, the iPhone Xs sports a dual rear camera setup both with 12MP sensor. The primary sensor is a normal camera while the secondary sensor is a telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and portrait shots capability.
The iPhone Xs is packed with a 4GB RAM and it's available in three different storage options which are 64GB, 256GB and 512GB.  It's also available in three different colour options which are the Space Gray, Silver or Gold.

The iPhone Xs starts at $999 for the 64GB version, $1149 for the 256GB version and $1349 for the premium 512GB storage option. Pre-order kicks off on September 14 while the device launches on September 21.
