Key Specifications of the Upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 Revealed in a Spec Sheet

It's 2017 already and many mobile brands are already gearing up for their latest flasghip device for this year. As usual one of the top brands most tech enthusiast are interested in this year is Samsung, precisely the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ (plus).
Although the official spec of the Galaxy S8 has not been released, there have been lots of rumours and speculations as to how the device will look like and also it's specs. Recently, a spec sheet of the upcoming Galaxy S8 was revealed by technobufallo, and it looks pretty accurate.

Based on the leaked spec, the Galaxy S8 will feature a 5.8-inch curved screen Quad HD+ AMOLED display. Since Samsung has decided to equip the Galaxy S8 with a dual curved screen display, there won't be any Galaxy S8 edge, instead it would be replaced with a Galaxy S8 plus which will also feature a curved screen but with a larger display.

As far as memory goes, the Galaxy S8 is expected to feature a 4 GB RAM and an expandable internal storage of 64 GB. Just like the Galaxy S7, the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ will also be dust and water resistant (IP68 certified).

The Galaxy S8 is also equipped with an 8mp front facing camera and a 12 MP rear facing camera. It will also come with wireless charging and an Iris scanner. Based on the spec sheet, the phone might come with AKG-tuned earphone out of the box.

One thing missing in the spec sheet is the processor, but based speculations, the S8 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 in the US and Samsung's Exynos 9 8895 in other markets.
Both the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8+ are expected to be officially announced on March 29 and also launched on April 21.
