Samsung Galaxy A22 starts receiving Google Android 12 update with One UI 4.1

 The Samsung Galaxy A22 has finally joined the list of Samsung smartphones receiving the latest Android 12 update. The new Google Android 12 update for the Galaxy A22 is packed with Samsung's latest One UI 4.1 custom Android skin.

The new update comes with improved security, better privacy options, refreshed UI design, more stock apps, Color Pallet, new widgets, improved Dark Mode and a couple of other new features. The update also includes the April 2022 Android security patch.

At the moment, the update is currently rolling out to users in Russia with the build version number A225FXXU3BVD8. The update is expected to roll out to other regions in the coming weeks. You can however still manually check if the update is available for your own device by going to your Phone Settings >> Software update and then tap on Download and install.
