How to download and Install Google Camera (GCam) 7.3 on all Android smartphones

The latest iteration of Google Camera App for the Pixel smartphone has just been released and it is the version 7.3.018. The new Google Camera (GCam) 7.3 comes with a couple of new features like the ability to enable DND (Do Not Disturb) mode when recording videos, 24 FPS video recording and many more.
As usual, popular GCam developers have managed to port the App to make it compatible for other Android devices aside the Google Pixel. For now, we have GCam 7.3.018 from developers like Arnova8G2, BSG, Parrot043, Whyroczen, Urynx05 and onFire.

In this post, I will be listing out all the available Google Camera (GCAm) 7.3.018 App available, so it's left for you to try them all until you find the one compatible with your own smartphone.


What's new in Google Camera (GCam) 7.3.018
  • Automatic DND mode when recording video.
  • Reorganized settings interface.
  • 24 FPS video recording.
  • Exposure controls to adjust the brightness and HDR of your photo.
  • Astrophotography applied to Night Sight mode.
  • Touch and hold shortcuts added to the shutter for best shots.
  • ‘Favorite Faces’ feature for the best shots.


Note: All the GCam 7.3 Apps listed below will most likely work on smartphones running on Android 9.0 Pie and Android 10, so it might crash if you are using Android 8.0 Oreo or below.

GCam_7.3.018_Urnyx05-v1.0: This is the latest GCam App from Urnyx05 and it is based on the latest Google Camera 7.3018. Aside packing all the latest features, this new update also comes with a couple of bug fixes and new features like added option to choose 30/60FPS, added auxiliary lens and more.
This version of GCam from Urnyx05 works on various Android devices running on Android 9.0 Pie and Android 10. It has been tested on devices like OnePlus 7/7t, OnePlus 6/6T, Samsung Galaxy 10 devices, galaxy S20, Redmi K20/K20 Pro, Mi 9T/Mi 9T Pro and many more.


Changelog:
  • Basic fixes (disabled tracking focus in videos, fixed portrait mode, fixed motion photos)
  • Fixed black screen on MIUI China
  • Forced to show the option to enable/disable shutter sound
  • Added the option to choose 30/60 FPS
  • Fixed viewfinder in portrait mode for Mi9 series
  • Hidden "Guide and Feedback" category in settings
  • Added restart in settings
  • Added aux lenses
  • While processing, restart is blocked
  • Added "Info" section

Note:
  • It doesn't work on devices with Snapdragon 845, yet.
  • On OP7 it gives saturation problem
  • It doesn't work with Eszdman's Magisk Module, yet
  • I will port fixes and options as soon as possible

MGC_7.3.018_Parrot043-v1: Parrot043 also known as Bulkin043 has released his own Modded version of the GCam 7.3.018. This version of GCam is compatible with various Android devices especially the ones running on Android 9.0 Pie and above.
It has been tested on devices like Xiaomi Mi A1, A2, A3, Redmi 7, 8, Redmi Note 7, Note 8, Mi 9T / Redmi K20 and many others. Below is the download link for the GCam App as well as the config files.

GCam_7.3.018_RN8P_Wyroczen: The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro which is powered by Mediatek chipset hasn't really being getting so much GCam support except from the developer called Wyroczen.
He has also managed to port the latest Google Camera 7.3.018 for the Redmi Note 8 Pro (Begonia). Nonetheless, you can still try this particular GCam version on any other Android smartphone.

GCam_5beta10.200218.1320build-7.3.018: Arnova8G2 has also released a new version of his GCam 7.3.018. This is however still in its beta stage but it is still pretty stable.
It is compatible on devices running on Android 9.0 Pie and Android 10. It has also been tested on devices like the OnePlus 7 / 7 Pro / 7T / 7T Pro, OnePlus 6/6T, Redmi K20/Pro, Mi 9T/Pro, Poco F1, Mi A3 and a couple of others.

Changelog:

  • Now improved config files to optimize non google devices.
  • Best libpatcher works very well.
  • Add of all google AWB and those extracted by Savitar.
  • Add BSG button.
  • Add pixelbinning button, icon created by @joshdigit.
  • Works on Android 9.

GCam_arnova_based_onFire_7.3.018: The latest Google Camera App version 7.3.018 by onFire is based on the Beta GCam 7.3.018 by Arnova8G2. The app has however been tweaked a little bit with some newly added features. Crashing previously experienced on Redmi Note 7 (Lavender) has also been fixed.

Changelog:

  • Based on arnova 7.3
  • option to disable shutter sound appears for everyone
  • added visibility for aux(still not completed, it needs a rework)
  • fixed all crashes in lavender
  • changed the configs a bit
  • reduced lags

MGC_7.3.018_RPII_v0f: BSG is actually one of the very first developers to port the new Google Camera 7.3.018 App for the Pixel 4, to make it compatible on other Android phones. BSG's GCam 7.3.018 has been tested on Android phones like Xiaomi Mi8, Mix 2S/3, Poco F1, Razer Phone 2. You can however try it out on other Android phones running on Android 9.0 Pie and above.
