Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) starts recieving Android 8.1 Oreo Update

Just few weeks after Samsung updated the Galaxy J3 (2017) to Android 8.0 Oreo, the company has started rolling out the Android 8.1 Oreo update for Galaxy J7 (2017) users. 

The software version for the J5 (2017)’s Oreo update is J530FXXU2BRH5 and the update is already available for users in Poland. The update is expected to roll out globally soon. 

The Oreo update comes with the standard Android Oreo features, a few major improvements and the latest August security patch. Incase you haven't received the update notification yet, you can manually check by going to your phone's settings >> software update then click on the Download updates manually option.
