Just like Apple, Google is also taking steps to delete cryptocurrency mining Apps from the Playstore. About 2 months ago, Apple updated it's guidelines preventing Apple users from doing calculations that rewards them with free virtual currencies unless it's done using the cloud.

Google's new policy will also instantly ban apps that sexualizes minors or designed to appeal to children but include adult content. The new policy will also ban apps that promote hate speech, violence, self harm, discrimination based on various factors such as sexual orientation or gender.

If you happen to be an app developer and you want to check out the full developer policy changes then you can visit Google's Developer Policy Center by clicking on this LINK.
