Android 8.0 Oreo Update for ZTE Axon 7 Confirmed to Start Rolling out by April 2018

ZTE stopped production of the Axon 7 sometime last month so it really came as a big surprise to everyone when ZTE officially confirmed that the smartphone will be getting the Android 8 Oreo update even though it's no more in production.

Even though the company already confirmed that the update will be rolled out in the nearest future, one thing they didn't mention is the exact date users will start receiving the update. Now the German phone maker has just announced that the update will start rolling out by April of next year 2018.

The update is expected to feature a "Stock+ UI" which is expected to come with little or no bloatware as found on the current UI. The update might be a bit late but I guess it's better late than never.
