Android 7.0 Nougat Update Rolling Out To Asus Zenfone 3

The android 7.0 Nougat had been around for over 6 months while the version 7.1 Nougat has also been released for over a month now. But it's very surprising that most high end android Smartphone haven't even received the  six months old android 7.0 Nougat update yet.

Asus, which happens to be one of China's largest smartphone manufacturers has started rolling out the Nougat update to its Zenfone 3 smartphone.

The Zenfone 3 which falls into the mid range smartphone category features a 5.5-inch display with 1080 x 1920px resolution. It's powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor, 4 gigs of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage which can be further expanded.

The latest android 7.0 Nougat update for Asus Zenfone 3 comes with some new features and improvements which includes the multi-window support, enhanced Doze power management and the customary bundle performance tweaks.

At the moment, the Nougat update is only available to Asus Zenfone 3 with model numbers ZE520KL and ZE552KL. If your model number is not one of the two and you also haven't received the Nougat update notification yet, then you just have to wait a little longer.
