Honor 70 (5G) launched with 66W fast charging, Full specifications and price

 Honor has just announced the Honor 70 series of smartphone. The Honor 70 (5G) is the cheapest phone in the series with great design and fast charging. The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G+ chipset coupled with Adreno 642L GPU. 


The phone comes with a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display panel with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, it also has a refresh rate of 120Hz. The phone runs on Magic UI 6.1 which is based on Google Android 12. It also comes in three memory configurations which are 8/256GB, 12/256GB and 12/512GB.

For the camera, it has a triple rear camera setup with a 54MP Sony IMX 800 main sensor, a 50MP 122 degrees ultrawide lens, which also doubles as a macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. In the punch hole cutout is a single 32MP selfie camera.

Powering the phone is a pretty massive 4800mAh battery with support for up to 66W fast charging. It supports 5G network connectivity and also comes with an under display optical fingerprint reader.

The Honor 70 5G is expected to go on sale on June 7 in China at a starting price of CNY 2,699 ($405) for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage version and CNY 3,399 ($510) for the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage version. The Honor 70 will be available in black, green, blue and gradient color options.
