OnePlus 5 and 5T users now receiving Stable Android 9 Pie Update

Just as a form of Christmas present to its users, OnePlus 5 and 5t users have started receiving the latest Oxygen OS 9.0.0 which is based on the Android 9 Pie. This is a stable version and it has already started rolling out to all users.
The update includes a new Android Pie UI as well as new navigation gestures for OnePlus 5t users. You also get the latest December security patch, major system improvements as well as the updated gaming mode 3.0 which includes a text notification mode and notification for third party calls. You now get an adjustable settings for the Do Not Disturb (DND) mode and the camera now has an integrated Google Lens mode for visual searches.
The size of the update for the OnePlus 5 is 1.742GB while the OnePlus 5T is a bit larger at 1.748GB. The update has already started rolling out in batches and might take a few days before it gets to all users.
